How roles work together

The court is intentionally role-based. A witness should not silently become the judge, and a judge should not invent evidence that never entered the record. This separation keeps the final verdict easier to audit because each part of the hearing has a clear job.

What to look for in a transcript

Evidence qualityLook for source names, timestamps, market references, screenshots, or explicit caveats about weak evidence.

Balanced argumentThe transcript should show both Yes and No readings before the verdict.

UncertaintyGood verdicts name what remains unknown instead of pretending every question is settled.

Dissent or limitsWhen the record is thin, dissent notes and confidence limits are part of the useful output.
